Ouy Junior Develoment Program is designed to build fundamental skiing skills and concentrates on drills designed to address balance, agility, edging and rotation, all while having fun!  The program is for kids that have mastered novice terrain, are skiing blue trails and are ready for the next level.  This is also a perfect precurser to segway into the Plattekill Apline Race program.

 
The classes build confidence and get your child skiing better!  Consistency, repetition and continuity will ensure your child’s ability to advance to the next level.  

The Details:

• Offered to children ages 7-14.  Children must be able to load the lift independently without an adult and be able to ski blue trails all over the mountain comfortably.
• The program is offered as a 4-day and 8-day program starting Saturday, December 19, 2026.  We also offer 1-day trials for the day that can be applied to either progam. 
• Classes run all day from 10am-12pm and 1-3pm with an hour (unsupervised) break for lunch.

PLEASE NOTE:
Lift tickets are not included with the program and must be purchased separately.  A discounted Youth Season Pass is available for purchase with either the 4-day or 8-day option.
