Please note: If you are unable to purchase rentals for a specific day, rentals have sold out and equipment will not be available at the mountain. If you purchase a ticket online without rentals and need equipment, there will be NO REFUNDS for tickets.

Rescheduling Tickets
If you are unable to use your tickets on the original date of purchase, you can change the tickets to a new date in the current season. A $20/per ticket change fee will apply. There are no refunds/credits for a change to a lower price day and any difference in ticket price will be charged in addition to this fee.
Tickets must be rescheduled BY 5PM THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKED DATE or your tickets will be considered expired. There is NO RESCHEDULING AFTER THIS TIME.

REFUNDS
There are NO REFUNDS for online ticket purchases and there is no guarantee on the number of trails/lifts open for the date for which you are purchasing. We will not refund/discount tickets based on conditions and/or trail count.
